November 6, 2001.

  1. In another month, it'll be Christmas season. If you've been following our newsletter and updates, you probably are aware that for the past two years, a group of our dedicated alumni had brought Christmas carols to senior homes. We started doing this in December 1999 at Yee Hong Centre. We sang for the "gung gung"s and "po po"s at Mon Sheong nursing home last year. This year, we are pleased to announce that we will be visiting and singing for the senior community at St. Paul's L'Amoreaux Centre in Scarborough on December 5 (Wednesday).

If you've sung with us before, please continue to support us. If you haven't, this is the time you start participating in such a meaningful event. You don't have to be the best singer. All you need is a big heart with the warmest Christmas spirit.

Even if you don't sing, you can also help by donating gifts to the seniors. The gifts need not be expensive. A little something will go a long way in bringing extra joy to this festive season.

Please contact Wendy Chan at 416-265-3049 or wendykwchan@yahoo.com for details.
